Why go
This route suits visitors who want two villages and a short, memorable coastal walk in one day. Riomaggiore’s harbour and castle show the settlement from sea level and above. Via dell’Amore then carries you toward Manarola, where the church and vineyard terraces give the second half a different setting. Leave time for the climbs within each village. Check the park’s live direction, entry and booking rules before committing to the path, and arrange any required ticket or slot. The vineyard stop is optional if you would rather linger in the village.
