Walk an older Inner Harbour street for shopfronts and everyday urban texture away from Macau’s busiest monumental squares and tourist crowds.
Why go
The street runs through the western side of the peninsula, close to older trading routes and the Inner Harbour. Its value is the sequence of facades, businesses and side lanes rather than a single ticketed sight. It makes a useful short connector between central heritage streets and the waterfront; observe traffic and do not expect every shop to be open.
