Parque Escolar Circo Romano
Parque Escolar combines pine-shaded paths with visible remains of Toledo’s Roman circus. It is a green space where the ancient city can be read outdoors.
The circus remains place Roman public spectacle in the landscape rather than behind museum glass. Walking beside the fragments gives a sense of the large structure that once occupied this northern area. The surrounding park also shows how an archaeological site can remain part of ordinary city life.
