Alytarches' Stoa
Beside the lower stretch of Curetes Street, the Stoa of Alytarches preserves traces of mosaic pavement and shopfronts. Its street-facing remains can be examined from the open visitor route near the Terrace Houses.
Pause here to see how the colonnade made a commercial edge along one of Ephesus's busiest streets. The pavement and shop traces reward a closer look than the broad street vista alone. Stay on the marked Curetes Street path: the research supports viewing the stoa from there, not entering the remains or crossing barriers.
